Ever since seeing this poster over at Moto Ciclo I have been in love with Katrien and has done nothing but fuel my desire for a Guzzi.

That photo was taken by Ben Part, half Sideburn magazine. The bike is his, built and modified over a good 10 or 15 years.

Gary, thanks for your comment, I hope I'm not treading on anyone's toes by posting the poster! I'm new to this blog business and still trying to get my head around the whole etiquette thing! Love the Sideburn blog, would love to get my hands on a copy of the mag? There's a few motorcyclists in the studio here and we' have the Davida poster stuck up on the wall and we all love it.
So is Katrien a real person or just an angel on a Guzzi?

Glad you like our blog. We borrow plenty too, so I wouldn't worry too much.
Katrien is real, but doesn't ride Ben's Guzzi much. I'm pretty sure Ben used her again in the upcoming Davida campaign. Nothing will beat this shot though.

Hey Gary, I saw the shots of the Guzzi's, awesome stuff. They both look rad. I dig beat up, well travelled old bikes so much more than publicity shots of new Aprilla's or Kwakas. Looks like you've done some miles on the Guzzis! What's the go with the new Davida campaign? Ben is a pro photographer? Can't wait to hear more about it!
