Wrenchmonkees SR 500
File this under: Inspiration. Need to touch up some paint chips on my BMW F800GS, I'm thinking something like this or a bit Carby-esque...

Deus Ex Machina Book Launch
Yogi and I headed out on Wednesday night to the launch of the Deus Book. The Book documents the recent history of the legendary motorcycle / bicycle / fashion / surf label, and is an incredible documentation of those adventures. All the exhibitions, swap meets and speed trials, fantastic creative and photography by Carby Tuckwell, and is a testament to Dare Jennings and Rod Hunwick's vision.

I pray for you most every day, my love's with you, now fly away
More killer work from the Death Spray Custom kitchen. I'm constantly impressed and inspired by the high level of quality that DSC continues to produce. This collaboration between Feather Cycles, Baby Crow and the Nike: Tied Together Project is superb, and should be drool-worthy of the hardcore Akira fans out there.

The field and therein will be filled with jubilation
The Wrench Monkees are one of Europe's hottest motorcycle custom shops right now. Located in Copenhagen, Denmark, they produce some very eclectic and mashed up bikes, and their bicycles are completely in line with their aesthetic. Check out their showroom!

I just go out walking with my favourite piece of wood, with a 4 inch nail driven through it
If you're in Long Beach Cali around June 12 you should head along and check out the Born Free Vintage Chopper and Classic Cycle Show. You could win yourself a rad Panhead. It's a sight for sore eyes, and it will be guaranteed to be a great day.
Turn a blind eye to all the faces that you know? And she said go
Saw this awesome chopper over on Dave Skooter Farm's FULL-FROKKUL-FIASCO! Rad! Head over to his blog and check out the other pics from his Finland trip...

One of these days, I'm going to cut you into little pieces
Spotted in Caringbah on Saturday night. Complete with 50cc engine that spewed out a noise almost as obnoxious as a pack of chromed out Harleys, and having to pedal as well...

Long ago way down in the jungle, someone got an inspiration for a tune
This is Cool. My most gorgeous friend Meg (of Candy Cranks fame) and her incredible Primate built frame has made it to The Cool Hunter in an impressive stable of coolness examples. And with good reason too, her bike is impeccably built. From the custom painted Chub hubs and matching B-43 / Aerospoke wheelset to the hand made frame and personalised components. And getting featured with one of my all-time favourite motorcycles, the 1934 BMW R7. Check out more pix of the frame in the Candy Cranks shop...

And together we're gonna go out tonight and make that highway run
Motorised bicycles done right: Justin Fox's Death Trap. Some really nice details have gone into this build, such as the Elephant dynamo light, the speedo, vintage moto-style grips and even the sprockets and chain all contribute to a very stylish build from a stylish bloke. Check out even more photos by Justin and Matt Mead on Justin's flickr!
