Dunlop Factory, Sydney

K. Rees sent thru this link to some shots of the abandoned Dunlop factory in St Peters, Sydney. Apparently this site is very popular with young people that like to take drugs and dance to loud and repetitive music, and paint on walls with spraycans. Can't wait to check it out.

Shrapnel, from the war.

Pigeons who cannot clip their nails, for lack of nail clippers. Or opposed thumbs. Or hands, for that matter.

Drunken buck shooting ravers and graffiti artists.

Very small holes in the roof on a sunlit day.

Amazing photo... I'm studying photography and a fellow student also had a photo inside that incredible factory.
I'd like to go there and take photos for one of my assignments... do you know the address of it? I live in Sydenham so it's close for me.

Hey people.... Recently the police have been arresting people that go in here. Be very very careful.

This site became featured on as a place for men to cruise; since that time the police have taken a heavy hand against anyone they find inside.
