This is one of the greatest posts in the history of man and bicycles. Not mine, but Shinya's. This is Shinya Kimura, of Chabott Engineering fame, a legend in the motorcycle customising and engineering world. As it turns out, he was an avid bicyclist as a youth, even racing a bit of Keirin.
